Day
Construction seeks qualified individuals for the following opportunities:
Project
Manager
Manage
one or more projects; communicate with superintendents, subcontractors,
owners, architects, consultants and Day executives; schedule preparation
and maintenance; review and control budget; assist in bid preparation
and estimating.
Requirements:
- B.S.
in Construction Management or equivalent
-
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial project management
-
Proficient in industry software (Prolog Manager, Timberline, Microsoft
Project)
Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent
Manage
on-site operations; coordinate and schedule subcontractors; work
with project manager on budget control; supervise field general
labor, maintain and oversee project schedule; maintain project safety
and cleanliness; communicate with owner representatives, project
manager, and Day personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum
5 years experience in supervising commercial projects

Proficient in industry software (Prolog Manager, Microsoft Project)
Project Engineer
Assist
the superintendent and project manager in maintaining, following-up
and distributing project submittals, Request for Information and
Proposals, contract document revisions, schedules, and field documentation
requirements.
Requirements:
- B.S.
in Construction Management or equivalent
