EXPO Design Center, Huntington Beach, CA

The first to open in California, this EXPO Design Center is a 75,000 square foot contemporary facility. Day Construction took an existing, abandoned Home Depot store and completely renovated and retrofitted it to create a beautiful, well-appointed EXPO Design Center. This was Day Construction’s second project for Home Depot.

Leading the project team with a positive attitude and commitment to quality, Day Construction completed a topnotch finished project under an extremely aggressive schedule. Working with experienced subcontractors and tracking the submittal process daily, Day Construction alleviated potential delays in fabrication and material deliveries. Day Construction’s close attention to detail during the construction process allowed for a minimal punch list, ensuring the new retail operation could begin without interruptions.
