US Bank Building, Sacramento, CA

Day Construction converted an existing 2,500 square foot bank drive-up into office space for the property owner and staff. The working area and access was severely restricted and the bank building was fully operational during demolition and construction.

Providing value engineering, Day Construction teamed with the structural engineer to find a way to increase work space. The team decided to utilize spread footings in the bank drive-up. Day Construction’s ongoing coordination and direct communication with the building owners, property managers, and tenants ensured the concerns of all parties were met with minimal disruption to office operations. The facility provides an efficient and comfortable garden office environment, meeting the owner’s requirements.
