Lord & Taylor, Broomfield, CO

Day Construction’s seventh new store for May Design & Construction Company, this two-story, 145,000 square foot store was constructed in the new Broomfield Mall. With an eight month project schedule and construction beginning in January, Day Construction was faced with the challenges of a Denver Colorado winter. In addition, the project took place during the height of the construction boom in the Denver area.

Our resourceful management team imported manpower from as far away as Atlanta to have the necessary personnel onsite to complete the project in the eight month schedule.
